Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Senior Mobile Maintenance Planner to optimize maintenance planning and execution at the Goldstrike operations. The role emphasizes planned, predictive, and preventive maintenance to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

1 year maintenance planning experience in an underground mining environment preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle preferred.
Validated safe work record required.
Ability to work in a team-based maintenance organization.

Responsibilities

Complete scheduling of weekly maintenance plans for underground mining and major repair shops.
Ensure proper job packets and schedules are maintained and distributed.
Run and report on maintenance KPIs.
Assist other planners in closing and scanning work orders.
Communicate effectively with operations and maintenance personnel.
Improve maintenance efficiency using planned, predictive, and preventive maintenance techniques and systems.
Write purchase requisitions for unavailable materials.
Track progress of ordered materials and schedule work when parts arrive.
Assist supervisors with job priority and changes in preventative maintenance schedules.
