Eagle Mine, LLC is seeking a Mine Trainer to ensure underground mining personnel receive the knowledge and hands-on training necessary to work safely and productively.

You will develop and deliver training programs for underground equipment, conduct field visits to assess needs, complete competency evaluations, maintain training records, and mentor crews in best practices. This role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement in a challenging mining environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years underground hard-rock mining experience required.
• Experience in developing and delivering training content.
• Strong understanding of underground mining equipment and operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver training programs for underground mining equipment.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess training needs and skill gaps.
• Complete competency evaluations for underground personnel.
• Develop training packages for underground equipment and processes.
• Provide mentoring and coaching on underground mining best practices.
• Establish and maintain employee training records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
