Competenze

• Minimum 12 months underground coal mining experience.
• Experience operating at least two pieces of section equipment (continuous miner or roof bolter required).
• Knowledge of state and federal underground mining regulations.
• Certification of Competency (Face Papers) or Miners License.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Strong safety standards and reliability.

Mansioni

• Operate underground mining equipment in production and support activities.
• Install, move, clean, operate and maintain conveyor belts and related equipment.
• Install and move power distribution equipment.
• Install and maintain ventilation devices.
• Install and maintain pumping equipment.
• Load, deliver, unload and distribute supplies and parts.
• Assist coworkers in any of the above tasks.
