Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive mining experience with underground operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead underground and surface mining operations during restart and ramp-up.
• Provide field-visible leadership to underground and surface teams and contractors.
• Ensure safety, cost control, and production performance across the operation.
• Develop and implement practical mine plans, sequencing, and risk controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning reliability, productivity, and cost per tonne.
• Lead incident reviews and coaching of superintendents and frontline leaders.

Education
