Job summary

OceanaGold Haile is seeking an Underground Maintenance Planner Specialist to oversee preventive maintenance planning and scheduling for underground mobile and fixed plant assets. The role ensures resources are available and aligned with the maintenance strategy to keep operations safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include planning using ProntoXi, coordinating with the mining and supply teams, and supporting continuous improvement projects while tracking KPIs and assisting reliability engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance planner experience in mobile and/or fixed equipment.
• Proficient in Office 365 Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit planned work with maintenance supervisors and technicians for real time feedback.
• Plan and schedule maintenance using ProntoXi to align with maintenance strategy.
• Support Underground Maintenance daily functions as required.
• Issue weekly maintenance schedule to execution teams and vendors.
• Lead maintenance-related continuous improvement projects.
