Job summary

Hecla Greens Creek Mine is seeking an Underground Mobile Maintenance Planner to organize, schedule, and prioritize maintenance for underground mobile equipment at a remote island mine near Juneau, Alaska. The role includes data management in the CMMS, procurement support, and collaboration with operations and engineering to optimize maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• MSHA training provided within first 4 days of hire.
• Prefer 5–7 years planning and scheduling for mobile equipment.
• Experience using a CMMS is required.
• Maintenance planning and data management experience favored.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance for mobile underground equipment.
• Generate work orders and track equipment history.
• Maintain data integrity in CMMS and reports.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and external services.
• Procure and manage spare parts and vendor support.
• Ensure safety procedures and environmental compliance.
