Qualifications

• Leads and develops a crew to meet maintenance goals with safety in mind.
• 5+ years heavy equipment experience in mining/construction.
• Knowledge of CFRs for underground mining equipment and practices.
• Strong emphasis on planned/scheduled work practices.
• Able to adapt to constant shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Assign crews to tasks to meet daily mining maintenance goals.
• Supervise crew activities for safe and efficient completion.
• Develop crew skills for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Ensure parts, tools, and equipment are available before tasks.
• Perform daily admin duties: time entry, reports, safety meetings.
