Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage safe, efficient operation of all mine activities to meet production targets within cost constraints.
• Provide strategic leadership across the Mining Department, including maintenance, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Develop and optimize operational and asset management strategies; benchmark against other operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, environment, and site performance; maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets; forecast and monitor expenditures.
• Lead staff through daily operations, set priorities, and build a high-performing team.
