Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment experience in mining or construction.
• Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience or equivalent training.
• Underground supervisory experience is an asset.
• Must be able to adapt to constant shift changes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CFRs related to underground mining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assign crews to tasks to meet daily maintenance goals.
• Supervise crew activities to ensure safe and efficient completion of assignments.
• Develop crew skills for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Ensure parts, tools, and equipment are available before starting a task.
• Perform daily administrative duties such as time entry and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and daily schedules.
• Develop maintenance assignments and coordinate with operations.
• Maintain communication with the Maintenance General Supervisor on status.
• Commit to safe practices and adherence to procedures.
