Job summary

Barminco Mining Services USA LLC is hiring a Maintenance Foreman for a project located 65 miles outside Elko, Nevada. The role reports to the Project Manager and oversees an on-site maintenance team to keep equipment safe, available, and compliant with Barminco standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years underground mining experience, strong leadership and safety leadership skills, and is familiar with major OEMs such as Sandvik, Normet and Volvo. Camp and meals are provided during rotations.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years underground mining experience in high-speed, high-production environments.
• Deep knowledge of maintenance systems and KPI availability metrics.
• Ability to lead safety-focused, high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite maintenance department and ensure safe, high-quality performance.
• Develop and sustain a safety, quality, and performance culture aligned with Barminco values.
• Monitor equipment condition, parts, and inventory; drive efficient repairs.
• Provide clear leadership and set standards for the maintenance team.
• Support incident investigations and safety leadership improvements.
• Collaborate with central support teams to deliver cost and efficiency gains.
