Job summary

Barminco Mining Services USA Ltd. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to lead the on-site maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient servicing of mobile equipment to maximize production.

The role requires commanding a 14/14 roster and mobilization activities in Elko, NV before transitioning to the Fourmile project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will supervise the maintenance department, drive safety and quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years underground mining experience.
• Experience in Barminco jumbo operations and high-speed development equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Sandvik/ CAT equipment and diagnostics.
• Proven leadership and communication skills for a maintenance team.
• Experience as a maintenance superintendent in underground mining.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and zero-harm mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance department to maximize equipment availability.
• Promote safety, quality, and performance culture across the team.
• Provide clear direction to site leadership and maintenance staff.
• Monitor performance and drive corrective actions to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with central safety, asset management, and operations teams.
• Prepare maintenance reporting and forecast budget spend.
