Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a Class C Lineman Underground (Duke) for maintenance tasks. The role involves constructing and repairing underground distribution systems, working on energized and de-energized lines, and traveling to multiple sites as needed.

The position requires at least two years of underground line experience, a valid CDL, and the ability to work extended hours and in challenging weather. You will use PPE and follow safety protocols while performing live-line work under

Qualifications

• Two years of underground line experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outside normal hours, including weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair underground distribution systems safely.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors; troubleshoot primary and secondary systems.
• Learn switching and tagging procedures, grounding and live-line work under supervision.
• Operate excavation equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions.
