Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an entry-level UG Lineman Apprentice in North Carolina to develop skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing underground electrical systems under supervision.

You will learn to read schematics, operate tools and equipment, and participate in trenching, pole work, and safety procedures while progressing through apprenticeship levels and responding to outages as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A license or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist experienced Linemen with underground electrical installations and repairs.
• Learn to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Operate hand and power tools and heavy equipment safely.
• Perform trenching, digging, and backfilling for underground utilities.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE correctly.
• Participate in pole climbing, bucket truck operations, and confined space entry as trained.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Support ongoing training to advance through apprenticeship levels.
