Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking crew members for underground utility work and general construction duties in Wisconsin. You will dig trenches, handle pipes and cables, operate tools, and help maintain safe, efficient job sites.

Responsibilities include flagging traffic when needed, loading materials, and adhering to PPE and safety policies in all weather conditions. Experience is a plus, but not required, with pre-employment drug screening and background checks mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Construction/underground utility experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, particularly in underground utility work, is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and at various heights.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
