Job summary

Team Fishel in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Underground Telecom Foreman to lead field crews on broadband projects. You will read prints, plan crew schedules, and support estimating while ensuring safe, productive work on-site.

The role requires 3+ years in conduit/fiber work, experience supervising 4–5 crew members, and, ideally, a CDL Class A license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with limited travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews.
• Reports, coordinates and supervises all project aspects.
• May conduct site surveys for estimates or QA.
