Job summary

Prime Telecom Solutions is seeking a dedicated Drop Foreman - Underground to lead our fiber optic drop crews in Bonifay, FL. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of underground cables while ensuring locates are completed and safety protocols followed.

You will coordinate with Project Managers to manage workload and deliver high-quality results, maintaining professional communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• 3 years of drop bury experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to meet project deadlines.
• Install, maintain, and repair underground fiber optic cables.
• Operate equipment such as mini-x, trenchers, and vibratory plows.
• Verify locates are completed before tasks.
• Identify and locate existing underground infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot fiber optic cable and equipment issues.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Complete paperwork and documentation.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with dispatch and project managers for workload.
