CAMPBELL COMPANIES seeks a Site Solutions Manager to drive performance and reliability of underground hard rock mining equipment, including LHDs and haul trucks. You will organize machine health and maintenance data, lead improvement initiatives, and communicate results to customers and CAT teams.

You will collaborate with Wheeler service teams and customers on performance metrics, safety, and continuous improvement opportunities, including travel to mine sites as needed.

Competenze

• Underground hard rock mining equipment experience highly valued.
• Heavy equipment maintenance background on underground mining equipment preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement concepts (Lean Six Sigma or similar).
• Underground mining exposure and safety training advantageous.
• Customer-facing experience is desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives at customer mine sites.
• Manage performance projects for underground equipment from scoping to results.
• Analyze machine health data and maintenance history to identify root causes.
• Develop maintenance strategies for underground fleets and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Travel to customer mine sites as required, including underground work.
