Job summary

The CAMPBELL COMPANIES seeks a Site Solutions Manager to act as a subject matter expert in mining machine performance and electrical systems. You will organize and interpret machine health and maintenance data to help customers improve equipment reliability and performance.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and electrical projects at customer sites, communicating metrics to customers and CAT.

Qualifications

• Electrical mining equipment knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with maintenance strategies and continuous improvement.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Industrial or mining electrician background is highly regarded.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical systems projects from scoping through results tracking.
• Analyze machine health data to identify root causes and reduce downtime.
• Develop maintenance strategies for electrical components.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives at customer sites.
• Travel to customer mine sites as required.
• Communicate key metrics with customers and stakeholders.
