Job summary

PIKE Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑minded Foreman to lead a crew on underground electrical distribution projects, including energized lines. You will supervise field work, conduct pre‑job safety briefings, and ensure quality and timely completion across diverse job sites, including out‑of‑state locations.

The role requires five years of underground line experience, a valid CDL, willingness to travel, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and readiness for overtime, outages, and emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Coach and train lower classification employees in safe procedures.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors.
• Perform live-line work with PPE and insulated tools.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE use.
