Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking an Underground Crew Leader to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of underground distribution systems. You will supervise crew members, lead training sessions, and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.

The role requires knowledge of underground distribution, ability to work with energized systems, and willingness to travel. Strong leadership and hands-on technical skills are essential for success in varied field conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to travel long distances on short notice.
• CDL driving ability is required.
• Able to lift over 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members and coordinate their work.
• Lead and train lower skilled employees in safe procedures.
• Explain underground services, infrastructure and duct banks to team.
• Conduct pre-job briefings and safety talks.
• Identify and locate primary/secondary voltage on circuits and understand grounding.
