Job summary

Jerritt Canyon is seeking an Underground Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Planner to develop and maintain maintenance plans for underground electrical, instrumentation, and related control systems in our Nevada mining operation.

The role requires collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and Supply Chain to ensure work is properly scoped, resourced, scheduled, and executed with minimal disruption to production.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical qualification in electrical/ instrumentation maintenance preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and mining experience may be considered.
• Electrical trade certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance work packages for underground electrical/instrumentation systems.
• Plan preventive, predictive, corrective, and statutory maintenance per site strategies.
• Review requests to determine scope, labor, materials, and permits.
• Create accurate job plans, estimates, and work instructions.
