Job summary

NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is seeking a Drop Bury Manager to coordinate and supervise onsite crews, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of underground drop bury work.

The role requires working nights and weekends as needed, field and office environments, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in utility construction and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Experience in coordinating field teams and managing production schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lay out daily work for drop bury crews.
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet plans and specifications.
• Inspect and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
• Order materials and manage inventory in coordination with storage units.
