Job summary

DCOMM, Inc. is seeking a Bury Drop Supervisor in Irving, TX to lead underground bury drop operations and ensure safe, timely completion. You will oversee field crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and work with operations management to meet Spectrum compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record; pass background check and drug screening.
• Must speak and write English clearly.
• Underground construction experience (trenching, cabling, easements).
• Knowledge of 811 One Call and utility regulations.
• Ability to operate trenchers, bore machines, and hand tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Support Spectrum 2-day compliance requirements and job completion goals.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and provide field coaching.
• Enforce safety policies and 811 One Call compliance.
• Assist with damage claims, field issues, and customer concerns.
• Oversee equipment use, materials, and job site resources.
• Assist with reporting, updates, and communication with management.
