Job summary

Cable Services Company in Andover, MN, is seeking personnel to support underground construction activities. The role involves outdoor work, long shifts, material handling, and maintaining safety standards. You will join a team responsible for setup, traffic control, and daily documentation while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 10+ hours in a day when necessary.
• Willing to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to move materials/equipment weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Must be willing to travel out of town with occasional overnight stays for projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine construction tasks such as pulling a rope, climbing ladders, cable handling, and general cleanup.
• Stock truck with materials for daily work assignments.
• Organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Set up traffic control signs and cones and flag traffic as needed.
• Complete daily equipment safety inspections and maintain records.
