Job summary

The position requires long days, outdoor work in varying weather, the ability to lift up to 80 pounds, travel to multiple project sites, and compliance with safety policies. Pre-employment drug screening and a DOT physical may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work long days up to 10+ hours when required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• Capable of moving materials up to 80 pounds.
• Comfort with ladder or pole work to connect cables.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine construction tasks such as pulling rope, hand tools, digging, cable handling, and cleanup.
• Stock truck with materials to ensure daily supply.
• Organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Set up traffic control signs and cones.
• Flag or direct traffic as needed.
• Complete daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks.
• Accurately complete timesheets, reports, and expense forms.
• Work safely and follow company safety policies.
• Perform other duties to help the team complete projects.
