Qualifications

• Two years of construction experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Willing to travel with overnight stays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background screen.
• Complete and pass a DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Pull cables and use common hand tools to perform routine construction tasks.
• Climb ladders or poles to connect cables as needed.
• Dig with a shovel and prepare sites for work.
• Stock trucks with materials to support daily work.
• Organize and manage materials, tools, and equipment.
