Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Construction Planner for the East Bould Mine (McLeod, MT). The role schedules and plans resources for operational and capital projects in the Construction department, ensuring alignment with company goals and asset protection.

Responsibilities include leading planning meetings, developing work plans, and coordinating with Operations/Maintenance on PMs and spares. Strong problem solving, communication, and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction planning or related field experience.
• Engineering degree or related field with relevant experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of mining operations and underground processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned work instructions to supervisors and hourly workforce.
• Schedule resources for operational and capital project work.
• Maintain safe work environment and safety culture.
• Facilitate weekly planning meetings.
• Prepare weekly/daily work plans and schedules.
• Support budget process and ensure cost compliance.
