You will review prints, route plans, locates, and permits before starting work, coordinate daily tasks and equipment, and ensure adherence to safety, traffic control, and quality standards. Expect field coaching and collaboration with managers and inspectors to meet project goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, site organization, and effective communication on busy job sites across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground OSP construction experience with foreman/lead duties preferred.
• Ability to read construction prints, maps, and locate markings in the field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise underground crews and coordinate daily work assignments.
• Review routes, locates, permits, and scope requirements before work begins.
• Ensure safety, traffic-control, excavation practices, and quality standards.
• Maintain site organization and provide field coaching to crew members.
