Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in the College of Education & Human Development to support undergraduate recruitment programs. You will travel to schools and colleges, conduct presentations, maintain recruitment data, and collaborate with student ambassadors and staff. Evening/weekend duties may be required.

The role emphasizes strong communication, event coordination, and the ability to evaluate recruitment outcomes within the CEHD community.

Qualifications

• Public speaking and facilitation skills preferred.
• Experience with recruitment and retention programs.
• Knowledge of Mizzou Education and Human Development or teacher education is a plus.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom.
• A valid Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations and building tours for prospective students and families.
• Travel to high schools, community colleges, and college fairs across Missouri.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to undergraduate recruitment and CEHD Leadership Ambassador program.
• Complete administrative tasks such as travel planning and conference registrations.
• Collaborate with CEHD leadership, ambassadors, staff, and faculty.
