Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SC or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting staff and students across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Consult on recruitment and selection for academic, staff, and student positions.
• Assist and guide recruiting, hiring, and offer procedures; advise on separations and appointment changes.
• Coordinate and implement new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
