Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Undergraduate Program Manager to oversee recruitment, student engagement, and student success initiatives within FAES. Reporting to the Department Chair, this role coordinates recruitment events, supports transfers from regional campuses, and manages scholarship and recognition processes.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong communication skills and experience coordinating multiple programs across campuses, collaborating with advisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, student services, academic program coordination, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and events simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with standard office and communication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Undergraduate Recruitment for ACEL majors (Agricultural Communication, Agriscience Education, Community Leadership).
• Coordinate visits, events, and engagement activities for prospective students and families.
• Support students transitioning from Ohio State ATI and regional campuses to Columbus.
• Manage scholarship, recognition, and student event processes.
• Monitor enrollment, engagement data, and report to leadership.
