Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a BSPS Recruitment and Engagement Specialist in Columbus, OH. The role will strategize and implement undergraduate recruitment for the BSPS program, meeting prospective students and families, delivering information, and coordinating EAP recruitment and events.

You will work with the Assistant Director on goals and recruitment efforts, develop marketing materials, and manage ambassador training and regional campus partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in college advising and/or admissions, diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, writing and public speaking.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, problem solving, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic undergraduate BSPS recruitment and engagement activities.
• Deliver academic overviews and coordinate EAP recruitment and events.
• Represent the College of Pharmacy at admissions events and partner with regional campuses.
• Develop and implement recruitment materials, programs, and ambassador training.
• Manage email inbox and marketing collaborations; handle travel requests and admin tasks.
• Some evenings and weekends required, not extensive.
