Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Unencumbered RN license in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in baccalaureate nursing education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with didactic instruction in undergraduate nursing courses.
• Provide clinical instruction, supervision, and evaluation.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competency.
• Provide timely feedback to faculty regarding student performance.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and clinical partners.
• Participate in faculty development and orientation activities.
• Maintain records of instruction and student evaluations.
