Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Two years of residential life experience, including graduate level or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organization.
• Experience with databases and computerized office systems.
• Commitment to integrity, collaboration, and confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt to year-round college calendar and priorities.
• Demonstrated cultural competence supporting diverse undergraduates.
• Master’s degree in higher education administration or related field (preferred).
• Experience with StarRez, Outlook, Google Drive, and Canvas (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee undergraduate housing assignments for living-learning programs and Greek facilities.
• Coordinate housing communications, marketing, and customer service.
• Train and supervise student interns and provide staff oversight.
• Support Housing Office operations during openings, closings, and termly assignments.
