Job summary

Babson College seeks an Assistant Director, Career Advising, to provide comprehensive career guidance to undergraduate students. The role collaborates with the Center for Career Development to develop strategies and resources, with engagement in workshops and programs.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $72,689 - $80,766, eligibility for bonuses, and a full benefits package. Onsite work is required several days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in corporate or higher education environments preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group career advising for undergraduate students; helps develop job search strategies and supports goal achievement.
• Acts as industry liaison for career exploration; uses office resources to build student interest communities.
• Prepares students for internship/job searches through resume critique, LinkedIn guidance, and mock interviews.
