Job summary

Babson College is seeking a Senior Associate Director, Programs & Strategic Initiatives for the Hoffman Family Undergraduate Center for Career Development. The role leads strategic initiatives, manages programs and advises students, reporting to CCD leadership.

Responsibilities include setting goals, building partnerships, measuring program impact, and supporting marketing of CCD programs. Occasional evenings and on-site work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in corporate and higher education environments preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of staff and budget management experience.
• Program management expertise and strong project management skills.
• Strong career advising and counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiatives: set goals and lead ongoing development and execution of strategic initiatives and programs.
• Program Management: define vision, strategy and goals for programs; collaborate with campus offices; measure and improve services.
• Student Support & Advising: counsel students through career development life cycle; build relationships with students and organizations.
• Other: support CCD marketing, contribute to content, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
