Job summary

University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) is hiring an Undergraduate Admissions Representative to manage a recruitment territory and guide prospective students through the admissions process. The role involves travel to college fairs, high school visits, and regional presentations to build leads and enrollments.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and strong communication/presentation skills. Some evening and weekend events and occasional overnight travel are expected as part of outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior admissions/recruitment or related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent UNO at college fairs, visits, and recruitment events to promote programs.
• Manage a designated recruitment territory to meet enrollment goals.
• Develop and deliver presentations to groups of prospective students and families.
• Act as liaison with high schools, counselors, and community partners.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment data to track progress toward targets.
