• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
• Knowledge of transfer and first-time freshmen recruitment processes.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

• Lead undergraduate recruitment in Nebraska and key national markets.
• Inform strategies to grow enrollment and strengthen pipelines.
• Supervise staff and train on outreach, pipeline development, and recruitment.
• Review data and territory results to achieve enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with admissions leadership and campus units to align objectives.
• Coordinate with Visitor Experience for on-campus recruitment events.
• Provide backup leadership to the Associate Director of recruitment in Nebraska.
