Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking enthusiastic undergraduates for a Summer Internship Institute. You will join a multidisciplinary team, contribute to research projects, and gain hands-on experience in science, engineering, and math.

You will work onsite in Albuquerque for the summer, collaborating with experts and building practical skills through experiments and data analysis. Applicants should be pursuing a STEM major, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, and be eligible for a U.S.

Qualifications

• Must attend the NC A&T Career Week Event.
• Full-time spring term student or scheduled to graduate in spring.
• Pursuing a science, engineering, or math major.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on research projects.
• Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments.
• Utilize computational tools and software for data analysis and modeling.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders.
