Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM, invites student interns for an 8-week NOMAD internship in Nonlinear Mechanics and Dynamics. You will join a project team with 3 interns and 3-5 mentors, contribute to multiple research tasks, and present at a final seminar.

Eligible applicants are full-time undergraduates in science/engineering/math with a 3.0 GPA or higher, able to work up to 40 hours weekly this summer, and capable of obtaining a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited undergraduate program.
• Pursuing a science, engineering, or math major.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 minimum.
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week in the summer.
• U.S. citizenship to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Join a project team with 3 interns and 3-5 mentors.
