Responsibilities

• Support Product Development Engineers in characterization and building production test programs.
• Perform engineering and correlation studies to support yield and ramp to production.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain technical documents; debug manufacturing and characterization test programs for next‑gen AMD microprocessors.
• Participate in product debug and characterization to identify performance, process, and test sensitivities.
