Job summary

AMD is seeking a highly motivated Hardware Engineering intern/co-op for a hybrid/onsite role in Fort Collins, CO. You will work 40 hours per week alongside engineers on discrete and embedded hardware products and gain hands-on experience early in your career.

You will be trained to build applications for external and internal use, and contribute to large-scale systems that improve the hardware organization’s efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a US-based university as an undergraduate in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of C/C++, Verilog/VHDL, Python or MATLAB is beneficial.
• Interest in ASIC design, ML/AI, hardware validation and system-level engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers on AMD discrete and embedded hardware products.
• Assist in building applications for external/internal use and large-scale systems to improve efficiency.
