The advisor provides one-on-one guidance to undergraduate students, focusing on first- and second-year persistence, course selection, and progress toward degree completion.

The base salary is $50,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Bilingual highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one advising to undergraduate students.
• Guide students on advisement platform for academic planning and degree progress.
• Maintain student records in advisement system.
• Inform students about university policies and support services.
• Participate in meetings with other units/departments.
• Assist with first-year advisement/registration.
• Attend Admission Events to discuss degree requirements and registration.
• Assist with outreach to students who have received alerts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
