CES is seeking an Undercover Field Investigator to collect data for audits and investigations related to fraud, waste, and abuse. You will review documentation, interview involved parties, and prepare comprehensive reports for resolution and closure.

Field work up to 75% of tasks, with potential exposure to high-crime environments. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, proactive detection, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Private Investigator license required.
• 2-4 years experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct impartial audits/investigations from start to closure.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Compile detailed records of findings in compliance with legal requirements.
• Develop strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Interview witnesses and stakeholders to gather information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper processing of investigations.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in training other auditors/investigators.
