Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Private Investigator license is required.
• 2-4 years of related field experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and impartial audits/investigations from start to closure into fraud, waste, and abuse allegations.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns and escalating when needed.
• Compile detailed records of findings ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Apply knowledge to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Interview witnesses, claimants, and stakeholders to gather information.
• Communicate findings to internal teams and ensure proper processing.
• Present audit/investigation findings clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in training and supporting other auditors/investigators.
