Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine audits/investigations from start to closure.
• Provides customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Compiles detailed records of audit/investigation findings.
• Applies knowledge to prevent fraudulent activities.
• Conducts interviews with witnesses and stakeholders.
• Communicates findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assists in training and supporting other auditors/investigators.
