Qualifikationen

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a Private Investigator license.
• A minimum of 2–4 years experience in related field.
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Conduct routine audits/investigations from start to closure for fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and escalating investigations as needed.
• Compile detailed records of findings, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Apply knowledge to develop strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Conduct interviews with witnesses, claimants, and other stakeholders for information.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal teams and stakeholders with updates.
• Assist in training and supporting other auditors/investigators to improve processes.
