Applicant must be available during core hours; security clearance is required for involvement with DoD programs and NSW/SOF experience is preferred. The role emphasizes curriculum design, instructional delivery, and training standardization for federal contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across UxS operations, maintenance, and instruction.
• Experience with UAV, USV, UUV, and/or UGV platforms.
• Knowledge of DoD instructional design methodologies.
• Familiarity with high-risk training safety standards.
• Current BLS-AED/CPR certification.

Job Overview

Nemean is seeking a Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) in the development, delivery, and evaluation of Uncrewed Systems (UxS) training programs across aerial, surface, underwater, and ground platforms.

Support Hours

Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Mission Qualification Training (MQT) programs.
• Design, validate, and update curriculum and instructional materials.
• Conduct classroom, simulation, and hands‑on instruction.
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training logistics and ensure execution of training events.
• Support certification programs and training standardization.
