Job summary

RMGS Inc. seeks experienced unmanned systems trainers to deliver classroom and field instruction on mission planning, airspace deconfliction, and risk management. You will prepare trainees to integrate unmanned assets into tactical operations and continually update curricula to reflect evolving technologies and requirements.

Role requires security clearance, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel. Strong English communication is essential; Spanish is preferred for some roles.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Valid driver's license; certifications as required.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish preferred for some roles.
• Ability to read, write, and respond professionally in correspondence.
• Experience as a trainer/instructor in a formal setting.
• Ability to obtain High-Risk Instructor certification and CDL Class A.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction on mission planning, airspace and maritime deconfliction, and risk management.
• Prepare trainees to integrate unmanned systems into tactical planning.
• Continuously modernize curriculum to reflect evolving technologies and requirements.
• Evaluate training tools and recommend updates for multi-domain instruction.
• Travel as necessary to support operations and contractual needs.
• Advise on unmanned systems maintenance, deployment, and compliance.
