Job summary

Navigator Development Group Inc. seeks an Autonomous Systems Instructor to design and deliver curricula for USSOF personnel at Fort Bragg, ensuring alignment with force requirements and current doctrine.

The role emphasizes realistic training and critical thinking within SATB courses. The instructor will train USSOF and interagency personnel in Multi Domain Operations focusing on Additive Manufacturing, CAD, sUxS, COTS jailbreaking and hardening, mapping, TAK integration, and F3EAD targeting,

Qualifications

• FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) required.
• BUQ I & II qualification required.
• Understanding of UAS mission sets (ISR, SAR, etc.).
• Experience using, maintaining, troubleshooting UAS hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum that is accurate, relevant, and aligned with force requirements.
• Ensure skills transfer from institutional to operational environments.
• Update and rewrite lesson products as doctrine and curriculum change.
• Follow Army and SATB curriculum development guidelines and training regulations.
